KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES The Head of Marketing will take primary responsibility for all aspects of marketing at Harrow Bengaluru, delivering a high quality and efficient service that covers both the managerial and operational marketing function. The post holder will be forward-looking, anticipating changes that are required in response to school growth.
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage all aspects of marketing and communications for Harrow, Bengaluru. • Set and manage clear and consistent guidelines for all collaterals produced in the school. • Create short and long-term development plans for the marketing programs, monitoring progress, and assessing performance. • Leverage various print and digital channels to celebrate the schools’ and pupils’ achievements • Monitor the quality and regularity of communication with prospective parents and feeder schools. • Plan future website development. Ensure that the website is secure and that best-practice safeguarding protocols are followed. • Plan, maintain and manage annual and termly budgets for the marketing function. • Support the Events Manager in publicising, leading and managing both internal and external events.
